Projavo puts boards, roles, comments and live updates into one fast interface, with nothing extra in the way.
Visualize your workflow with drag-and-drop boards. Create lists for each stage of your process and move cards as work progresses. Reorder lists and cards with intuitive drag-and-drop.
Card moves, comments, edits and assignments sync instantly to everyone on the board. No refreshing needed.
Create separate organizations for different teams, clients, or projects. Give each member a role (owner, admin, member or guest) to control who can see and do what.
Every database query is scoped to your organization. Data isolation is enforced at every level so your information never leaks across team boundaries.
Discuss work directly on cards with full Markdown support. Keep conversations in context instead of scattered across chat apps and email threads.
Categorize cards with colored labels and set priority levels from critical to low. Filter and sort to see what matters most at a glance.
Set deadlines on cards and track what needs attention. Never miss a delivery date again.
A complete record of every action taken across your boards: who did what, and when.
Manage multiple boards per organization. Each project gets its own workspace and settings.
See who else is viewing the same board in real-time. Know when teammates are active.
Share a read-only view of any board with a public link. Great for roadmaps and status pages.
Sign in with email/password, Discord, or GitHub. Sessions are managed securely with Better-Auth.
Add icons and custom colors to your lists. Make your boards visual and easy to scan.
Install Projavo as a progressive web app on any device for a native-like experience.
Every card change, assignment, and comment is logged so your team stays informed.
Projavo is a real-time project management platform for teams. Projects hold boards, boards hold lists, and lists hold cards — so you can plan work visually and move it from to-do to done by dragging it. Alongside boards, each project gets collaborative Markdown notes for the writing that doesn't fit on a card.
Yes. You can create an account and use Projavo with your team for free, with no credit card required.
Every change is pushed over a live connection instead of waiting for a refresh. When a teammate moves a card, edits a description, adds a label, or posts a comment, everyone viewing that board sees it immediately. Board presence shows who else is looking at the same board, and notes support live co-editing so you can see who is typing.
Work is organized into organizations — one per team or client. Each member holds a role: owner, admin, member, or guest, in that order of authority. Access is enforced in the database layer rather than the interface: every query is scoped to the organization it belongs to, so one team's data is never reachable from another's.
Yes. Any board or note can be made public and shared as a read-only link. Viewers see the content without signing in and cannot change anything. Public sharing is off by default and can be turned off again at any time.
You can sign in with an email address and password, or with Discord or GitHub. Every account also gets a unique @username that teammates use to mention you in comments, card descriptions, and notes.
An organization can connect a custom domain. Once the domain is verified, boards and notes are served from it directly and the organization slug drops out of the URL.
Yes. Projavo exposes a REST API under /api/v1 for boards, cards, and labels, authenticated with a bearer API key you generate in your account settings. The endpoints, parameters, and example responses are documented in the API reference.
Yes. Start a project or board from a built-in template, or save your own setup and apply it again later. Templates export to a JSON file you can import into another organization.
The interface is responsive and works in a phone or tablet browser. Projavo can also be installed as a progressive web app, so it launches from your home screen and runs in its own window like a native app.
